蒽类荧光探针的合成及在ClO^-检测中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 将蒽甲醛和二氨基马来腈缩合得到了荧光探针分子EnCN。当探针溶液中加入ClO^-后,溶液在435 nm处荧光强度迅速增加,溶液颜色也由黄色迅速褪至无色;而加入其他常见离子后,溶液荧光无明显的变化。这说明探针对ClO^-的识别选择性较高,且识别几乎不受其他离子的干扰。探针EnCN溶液在435 nm处荧光强度与ClO^-的体积呈现较好的线性回归关系,其检出限达到10-5mol/L,可用于荧光定性分析和定量检测水体环境中的次氯酸离子。 A fluorescent chemosensor EnCN was synthesized by condensation of 9- anthaldehyde and 1,2- diaminomaleonitrile. Upon addition of a constant amount ( 10 equiv. ) of ClO^- ions into EnCN solution, the fluorescence emission at 435 nm was significant enhanced, and the color changed from yellow to colorless. In contrast, the fluorescence of EnCN was found to be almost unaffected upon addition of other species. The competitive experiments showed that EnCN was highly selectivity toward ClO^- over other competitive ions. A satisfactory linear correlation existed between the fluorescence intensity at 435 nm and the concentration of ClO^-, and the detection limit was as low as 10-5 mol/L. These results indicated that EnCN can be used in qualitative analysis and fluorescence detection of hypochlorite in water system.
