地下饮用水除铬工艺研究

摘要 利用腐蚀微电池原理,设计了去除地下饮用水中铬(Ⅵ)的工艺。以经过处理过的铁屑和活性炭为填料,利用填料表面产生腐蚀微电池的内电解原理对含有铬(Ⅵ)的生活饮用水进行处理,使水质达到国家生活饮用水卫生标准。该方法简单,操作管理方便,成本低,不需要任何化学添加剂,且不会引入杂质离子,是处理地下饮用水中铬(Ⅵ)的理想方法。 The technique which used iron and activated carbon as filler for removing chromium(Ⅵ) in drinking water was designed by corrosion micro-battery technology. Ron filings and charcoal filler were uniformly mixed in different proportions and packed into the tower. Chromium (Ⅵ) in drinking water was removed by using internal electrolysis principle of corrosion micro- battery on the filler surface. This method is simple, low cost, convenient to operate and ease to manage. It is no need to add any chemical reagents to removal of chromium ( Ⅵ ) in ground water. No impurities would be introduced by the precipitating agent. This method is the ideal method in treatment of chromium ( Ⅵ ) in drinking water.
