摘要
由于己内酰胺中含有较多的杂质,因此现行工艺中均采用多种方法相结合的工艺进行精制,随之就会出现工艺路线长、能耗大、产品损失严重以及质量不稳定的问题。因此需要对己内酰胺的精制工艺进行改进,将原工艺苯萃取之后的水反萃、离子交换、加氢、蒸发、蒸馏等操作改为:碱洗、脱苯、脱轻、脱重。不仅缩短了己内酰胺精制的工艺流程,达到优等品己内酰胺的要求,同时提高了产品的PM值。
Caprolactam contains more impurities, so a variety of methods combined are used in the current process. The long process route, higher energy consumption, product loss and the quality of the problem of instability will be followed. Therefore, the refining process of eaprolactam must be improved. The original process after benzene extraction, such as water stripping, ion exchange, hydrogenation and evaporation distillation, were replaced by washing with alkali, removaling of Benzene, light, restructuring component. Changing the process not only shortened the caprolactam refining process, to achieve the requirement of the classy article caprolaetam, hut also raised the PM value of the product.
