湛江地区水产品中单增李斯特菌的分离及耐药性分析 被引量:3

摘要 水产品质量安全关系到我国消费者的健康,影响公共卫生安全,是各级政府广泛关注的热点。本研究对湛江市售的冰鲜水产品、即食水产品、鱼糜制品和干制水产品进行单增生李斯特菌(Listeria monocytogenes,LM)的分离与耐药性分析。参考国家标准检测方法和LM特异性基因序列的测定进行LM的筛选与鉴定,用Kirby-Bauer法对目标菌株进行耐药性分析。结果表明,从采集的4类样品共319份水产食品中,检出LM 5株,检出率为1.57%,分别分离于1月的冰鲜白鲢,6月的带子螺、墨鱼干和梅香鱼干及10月的即食包装金针鱼。通过5株LM对13种抗生素的耐药性分析,发现其中12种抗生素对LM有较强的抑制作用,LM未产生耐药性;LM生长对磷霉素表现不敏感,产生了耐药性。研究表明,湛江市区4类水产食品及其制品中存在LM食物中毒的风险,应加强食品安全意识,继续加大力度对LM的耐药监测,确保食品安全及人类健康。 The quality safety of aquatic products is closely related to the health of consumers, and impacted on public health security. It has been caused extensive concern in China. The study was focused on Listeria monocytogenes (LM) isolation and it analysis of antibiotic resistance from aquatic food, e.g. chilled aquatic products, ready-to-eat aquatic products, surimi products and dried aquatic products in Zhanjiang area in different seasons. The screening and identification of LM were based on the national standard test methods and the specific gene sequences determination. The resistance analysis of target strains was carried out by Kirby-Bauer method. The results showed that 5 strains LM were separated from four kinds of samples in 319 aquatic products, with 1.57% detection rate, which were ice fresh silver carp in January, the snail, dried squid, and dried Meixiang fish in June, and ready-to-eat golden fish in October. Through 5 strains LM to 13 antibiotics resistance analysis, it was found that 12 kind antibiotics had stronger inhibition to LM. But the LM was not sensitive to fosfomycin performance, namely the resistance. The research suggested that the 4 kinds aquatic products and their related processed products were existed the risk of LM food poisoning in Zhanjiang area. It should strengthen the food safety consciousness and intensify efforts to the antibiotic resistance monitoring of LM in order to ensure food safety and human health.
