当前,我国的贫困状况呈现出复杂的形式与特点,绝对贫困已经大大缓解,相对贫困问题则不断增加,因病、因残、因灾、因学致贫等问题突出,致贫原因由单一的收入贫困转为经济社会文化等多方面的因素,同时贫困主体也呈现出多样化的趋势,换而言之,造成贫困的原因不再是单一的,而是多元的。面对这种现状,新时期的精准扶贫工作的开展不能再一味探求难以捉摸的因果关系,而应当关注其相关关系。

The cause of poverty turns from income to multiple factors of economic and social culture. The subject of poverty is also showing a trend of diversification, in other words, the causes of poverty is not single, but multiple. Faced with this situation, the precise poverty alleviation work in the new period cannot carry out blindly seeking the elusive causal relationship, but should pay attention to the correlativity.
