摘要
目的:探讨海拔、定量运动对人体血乳酸及氧化应激指标的影响。方法:随机抽取在高原习服青年36例,其中海拔4 300m组20例,5 070m组16例,分析两组静息状态下和定量运动后静脉血乳酸(LA)、一氧化氮(NO)和丙二醛(MDA)水平,诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果:与安静状态比较,所有受试者运动后血LA、MDA水平升高,血NO水平、iNOS及SOD活性降低(P<0.05)。与海拔4 300m组比较,5 070m组安静状态下血NO、MDA水平、iNOS及SOD活性较低(P<0.05),而血LA水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);运动后血NO、MDA水平及iNOS活性较低(P<0.05),但SOD活性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:海拔增高和定量运动均可导致人体血乳酸水平及氧化应激反应增加,抗氧化能力减低。
Objective: To investigate the effects of altitude and rationing motor load on oxidative stress and blood lactic acid in altitude acclimatized young. Methods. A total of 36 altitude acclimatized young men were randomly selected from altitude 4 300 m (n = 20) and 5 070 m (n = 16). The levels of blood lactic acid (LA), nitric oxide (NO) and malonaldehyde (MDA) ,and the activity of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured at resting state and after rationing motor load. Results: After rationing motor load, there were significant rising in LA and MDA levels and reduction in NO level, SOD and iNOS activity in all subjects (P 〈0.05). Compared with 4 300 m group, there were significantly decreased in the levels of NO and MDA and the activity of iNOS and SOD at resting state in 5 070 m group(P〈0.05) ,but there was no obvious difference at the level of LA (P〉0.05).After rationing motor load,the levels of NO and MDA and the activity of iNOS in 5 070 m group were significantly lower than those in 4 300 m group (P〈0.05),while there was no obvious difference in SOD activity.Conclusion: With the altitude increasing, the lactic acid level and oxidative stress reaction could increase, but the effect of antioxidant decreases. Rationing motor load has the same effect on altitude acclimatized young men.
