Innovation design of underground water treatment station in Yadian Coal Mine

摘要 针对雅店矿井实际情况,分别对井下水处理站的位置和处理工艺进行多方案比较,设计了采用超磁分离净化技术在井下布置水处理站的方式处理矿井水。井下水处理站对已有的水仓通风联络巷进行改造后,作为井下水处理硐室。该技术具有效率高、无需地面占地、投资运行成本低等特点,该水处理技术对于煤炭行业和环保行业是一种技术创新,对绿色煤炭的发展具有一定的实践意义。 Combining with the actual situation of Yadian Coal Mine, the arrangement form of ground and underground water treatment station were compared, so were the traditional water treatment technology and super magnetic separation and purification technology. According to the technology and economy comparison of different schemes, underground water treatment station was designed, using magnetic separation and purification technology for mine water treatment. The technology is of high efficiency, low investment and running cost, and no land occupation, which is an innovation for coal industry and environmental protection industry, and offers practical significance for the development of green coal.
