摘要
为了保证麦垛山矿井副立井井筒上段井壁不受下段井壁冻结期影响,对上段井壁冻胀压力进行监测。该方案利用专用冻胀压力测量管实现,在井壁外侧卸压孔内布置冻胀压力传感器,并在井壁表面预先埋设应变计,根据应力解除前后的应力变化和井壁混凝土的弹性模量计算井壁的表面应力。通过及时掌握冻胀作用在井壁上的压力变化,为麦垛山矿井副立井井筒的安全、顺利施工提供保障。
The frost heaving pressure of the upper lining was monitored in auxiliary vertical shaft of Maiduoshan Coal Mine, so as to avoid the influence of lower lining freezing. Special frost heaving pressure measuring tube was applied, frost heaving pressure sensor was arranged in the decompression hole outside of the lining, and strain gauge on the lining surface was installed in advance. And the lining surface stress was calculated according to the stress change after stress relieving and the lining concrete elastic modulus. Through monitoring the pressure change caused by frost heaving, the safe and successful construction was ensured for auxiliary vertical shaft lining in Maiduoshan Coal Mine.
