回采巷道帮部锚杆锚固时效性与杆体回收技术

摘要 为解决长壁工作面前方煤帮遗留金属锚杆杆体带来的安全隐患,基于回采巷道帮部锚杆锚固时效性与围岩稳定性分析判据,结合FLAC3D数值计算,确定了长壁工作面前方煤壁帮锚杆合理回收范围,设计开发了以组合式中空螺旋钻为主体的锚杆杆体回收机具,建立了一套完整的长壁工作面前方锚杆杆体回收技术措施。通过现场试验,验证了回收方案的可行性和实用性。 To eliminate the security risks from metal bolt-rod legacy in front of the long-wall working face, on the basis of time-dependent behavior of bolt anchoring and stability criterion of surrounding rock and numerical calculation, the reasonable recovery range was optimized for the bolt in front of long-wall working face and a recovery equipment of bolt was developed using combined hallow auger drill as main body. A complete set of recovery technical measures in front of the long-wall working face was established. According to f/led test, the recovery schemes were feasible and practical.
