摘要
为解决四川盆地杨村铺煤矿采煤工作面瓦斯超限严重问题,运用岩层移动理论和顶板穿层瓦斯抽采方法现场试验,分析了卸压瓦斯的运移路径和富集区域,并优化了抽采参数。结果表明:由于上覆关键层对瓦斯运移具有明显的阻碍作用,最佳抽采位置在关键层下方,现场试验结果与理论分析基本吻合;试验确定了合理的瓦斯抽采参数,有效提高了瓦斯抽采率;消除了工作面瓦斯集聚不安全因素,并实现了瓦斯利用。
Aiming at the gas overrun in long wall face of Yangeunpu Coal Mine in Sichuan Basin, the migration path and abundant region of pressurerelieved gas was analyzed and the drainage parameters were optimized based on strata movement theory and field tests of gas drainage through roof crossing hole. The results showed that the best drainage region was under the overlaying key strata due to its significant impediments to gas, and the field test results accord with theoretical analysis. The reasonable gas drainage parameters were determined and gas drainage efficiency was improved remarkably, the unsafe factor of gas overrun was successfully eliminated and the drained gas was used for power generation.
