Objective To explore the value of continuous intracranial pressure monitoring in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage through minimally invasive surgery. Methods The data of cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage through minimally invasive surgical treatment were collected and retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014. Fourteen of them received the intracranial pressure monitoring adjusting the treatment plan according to the changes of intracranial pressure at any time after operation, and 19 of them were given the soft channel performing routine neurosurgical treatment based on experience. The course and efficacy were compared between two groups. Results According to the KPS score three months after the treatment, the effective rate of the intracranial pressure monitoring group reached 100% and that of the soft channel group was 84%, and there was a significant difference. Conclusion The continuous intracranial pressure monitoring combined with the directional software channel minimally invasive surgery can improve the efficacy and prognosis in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
