摘要
本研究旨在分析磺胺嘧啶、磺胺氯哒嗪、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶在鸡蛋中残留消除规律,为蛋鸡在开产前合理用药制定休药期提供依据,并建立一种检测3种磺胺类药物在鸡蛋中残留的超高效液相色谱法。将60只试验鸡随机分为4组(试验组I、试验组II、试验组III、空白组),各药物按照说明书剂量拌料给药,空白组饲喂不含任何抗生素的空白料,连续给药5 d。收集的鸡蛋样品经乙酸乙酯超声提取,正己烷除酯,复溶液复溶,高效液相色谱C18柱分离后用紫外检测器检测(该方法的检测限为0.01 mg/kg)。结果显示,停药后12 d,磺胺嘧啶检出浓度低于0.01 mg/kg;停药后9 d,磺胺氯哒嗪检出浓度低于0.01 mg/kg;停药后12 d,磺胺间甲氧嘧啶检出浓度低于0.01 mg/kg;该结果提示磺胺嘧啶、磺胺氯哒嗪、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶分别在产蛋前12 d、9 d、12 d停用。
This experiment was conducted to study residue of Sulfadiazine,Sulfachloropyridazine,Sulfamonomethoxine in eggs,preparing for determination of the withdrawal time before the age at first egg in the laying hens,and establish a method for determination of sulfonamides residues in eggs by HPLC.60 hens were divided into four groups,containing group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲand control group,three kinds of medicines was mixed with fodder following the specification for 5 successive days,control group was fed blank fodder without any antibiotics.The method consisted of ultrasonic extraction of ethyl acetate in eggs,hexane was added to remove fat,dissolved in the reconstitution fluid,the analyte was detected by UV absorptive spectroscopy after separation by C18 column.The detection limit of the method was 0.01 mg/kg.The results showed that the residues of Sulfadiazine in eggs was less than 10 μg/kg on 12 thwithdrawal day;the residues of Sulfachloropyridazine in eggs was less than 10 μg/kg on 9thwithdrawal day;the residues of Sulfamonomethoxine in eggs was less than 10 μg/kg on 12 thwithdrawal day.So,the withdrawal period of Sulfadiazine,Sulfachloropyridazine,and Sulfamonomethoxine was found to be 12 d,9 d and 12 d in clinical before the age at first egg,respectively.
