摘要
对常规控制加以改进,以变工况控制作为补充控制策略来处理大范围设定值的变化。重点介绍该集成控制方案的设计与实现。使用选择控制结构实现切换控制效果;对PI控制的输出进行随动限幅;针对实际操作中可能遇到的非稳态起点控制设计相应的处理措施;采用Visual Basic构建控制系统主程序,通过调用Matlab/Simulink完成相关计算。实验结果表明:以变工况控制作为补充的集成控制方案能够较好地实现对非线性对象大工况变化的调节。
An integrated control scheme for variable working conditions was proposed which has routine control improved and takes control of variable working conditions as a complementary strategy to manage the changes of wide-range setting values. Both design and implementation of this integrated control scheme was discussed, in which, having selective control structure adopted to achieve two-stage switching control; and having the output of PI control carried out with the dynamic limit; and aiming at non-steady starting point control occurred in ac- tual operation, the corresponding measures were designed; and having Visual Basic employed to build main control program and calling Matlab/Simulink to obtain relevant calculation. The experimental results show that, the integrated control strategy can be used to adjust wider working conditions of nonlinear objects.
