摘要 利用逆向工程技术获得TMR饲料搅拌机大月牙切割刀片的结构参数,分析了刀片的受力情况;利用Solidworks Simulation软件对刀片的受力进行了有限元分析,得出了最大应力、最大位移、最大应变和最小安全系数;根据刀片的有限元分析结果,设计了一种新型的刀片结构;通过有限元分析对比,得出新型刀片的质量增加了14.7%的同时,最大位移却减小了8.4%,减少了应力集中,从而提高刀片的工作寿命。 Based on reverse engineering, the structural parameters of big crescent blade which in- stalled on the TMR feed mixer were obtained, the force of blade were analyzed; B^ed on Solidworks Simulation, the finite element analysis was carried out on the blade, then the maximum stress, maxi- mum displacement, maximum strain and the minimum safety factor was obtained; According to the re- sults of finite element analysis of the blade, a new kind of blade structure were designed; Through com- parative analysis of finite element, it was concluded that the quality of the new blade increased by 14.7%, the maximal displacement reduced by 8.4% at the same time, the phenomenon of stress con- centration was decreased, so as to improve the working life of the blade.
