摘要
试验旨在探讨微生物源性抗氧化剂对断奶仔猪生长发育和抗氧化能力的影响。选择12窝21日龄杜洛克×长白仔猪,随机分为2组,每组6窝(重复),对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加20 g/kg的微生物源性抗氧化剂。试验从仔猪21日龄开始,27日龄断奶,至断奶后2周结束。结果表明,添加微生物源性抗氧化剂可显著提高仔猪采食量和日增重(P<0.05),降低料重比(P<0.05);显著提高仔猪断奶1周时血清SOD和GSH-Px活性以及血清NO水平(P<0.05),显著降低血清MDA含量(P<0.05)。由此可见,微生物源性抗氧化剂可以提高仔猪的抗氧化能力,减少断奶应激和氧化损伤,促进仔猪的生长发育。提示添加微生物源性抗氧化剂可有效减缓仔猪的断奶应激。
The present study was aimed to explore the effects of micro-derived antioxidants on growth performance and antioxidant capacity of weaned piglets. 12 litters of piglets (DrucxLand) were as- signed to two groups, 6 litter per treatment. The control group was fed with basal diet, and the experi- mental group was fed with basal diet supplemental with 20 g/kg micro-derived antioxidants. Piglets were weaned at day 27. The experiment was commenced at day 21 and lasted for two weeks after wean- ing. Results showed that, compare to the control group, the antioxidants supplemental group significant- ly increased (P〈0.05) the daily feed intake and daily gain and decreased the ratio of feed to gain. Meanwhile, the micro-derived antioxidant significantly increased (P〈0.05) the serum concentration of SOD, GSH-Px and NO, decreased (P〈0.05) the level of MDA. The micro-derived antioxidants can im- prove the antioxidant enzymes and decreased the weaning-induced oxidative injury, promote the pig- lets growth, which suggest that antioxidants can effectively relieve weaning stress.
