行政审批是政府行使行政权利进行公共服务的重要方式。行政审批服务标准化建设是推进行政体制改革、建设服务型政府的重要举措。在实践中积极研究行政审批标准体系建设,对工作过程中标准化对象及标准内容进行总结规范,探索行政审批标准化工作方法和路径,为加快推进各级政府行政审批标准化建设,规范管理行政审批服务流程、提高行政审批服务效能、完善权力监督机制、建设人民满意的服务型政府提供参考和方法借鉴。

The administrative examination and approval is an important way for the government to exercise the administrative power to carry on the public service. The standardization of administrative examination and approval service is an important measure to promote the reform of the administrative system and to build a service-oriented government. Based on the active study of the construction of administrative examination and approval standard system in practice as well as the summarization and specification of the objects and contents for standardization encountered in the course of daily work, the paper explored the methods and approaches to the standardization of administrative examination and approval, which provides a reference for the acceleration of the standardization of administrative examination and approval of governments at all levels, the standardized management of administrative examination and approval service flow, the enhancement of administrative examination and approval service efficiency, the improvement of the power supervision mechanism, and the construction of service-oriented government satisfied by people.
