摘要
空间受限是项目实施中的普遍现象。空间受限环境下容易引发安全事故,影响项目的调度。将空间映射为一种特殊的资源,首先分析空间资源的特征,用安全因子刻画空间对项目调度的影响,并对考虑安全的空间受限项目调度作业进行优化;最后将共用空间的工序收缩为模块,通过模块化的集成管理实现对空间受限项目的安全管理。
It is a common phenomenon for project implementation subject to have limited space space. It is prone to cause accidents, which affect the project scheduling, in space limited environment. In this paper, we assume the space as a kind resource. Firstly, we analyze the characteristics of space resource. Using safety factor, we describe the influence of space resource on project scheduling. Furthermore, we optimize the space limited project scheduling by taking safety into consideration. Finally, we shrink the processes and share the same space in modularity, Through the integrated management of modularity, the safety management for space limited project can be realized.
