广东省科技志资料年报制度发展与建设现状分析

在广东省第二轮地方志编修任务圆满落幕之际,地方志资料年报编修工作启动,属国内首次组织编纂。在深入分析11个年度的广东省科技志资料年报的基础上,探讨广东省科技志资料年报制度的发展与建设现状,论述其在上层政策体系、制度操作执行情况、落实制度方面存在问题,分析科技志年报制度特点,最后从提高其创新性与系统性的角度对今后科技志资料年报制度的发展提出建议与意见。

The annual report work starts while the second round of editing tasks of Guangdong provincial local report is completed. Guangdong provincial local information report system is an innovation in the national wide, and science and technology information report is organization compiled for the first time. Based on analysis of 11 annual volumes of Guangdong province science and technology information, this article discusses about the development and the present condition of the annual report system of science and technology of Guangdong province ; And then, analysis the characteristics of the annual report system of science and technology; At last , provides some helpful suggestions and opinions for the development of science and technology information system from the angle of innovativeness and systematicness.
