不同氮素水平对7S亚基缺失大豆品质及相关性状的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为明确7S亚基缺失大豆品系—东富2的理想施氮水平,充分体现特用大豆品种的高附加营养品质,设置4种施氮水平(纯N),N0(0 mg·kg^(-1))、N1(25 mg·kg^(-1))、N2(50 mg·kg^(-1))、N3(75 mg·kg^(-1)),采用桶栽法研究氮素对7S亚基缺失大豆品质及其相关性状的影响。结果表明,N1水平下,7S亚基缺失大豆的光合速率、叶绿素含量、氮素吸收效率和籽粒理论产量较高,蛋白质含量和脂肪含量分别为40.36%和21.78%,其中脂肪酸组分中软脂酸为12.9%,油酸为16.6%。N2水平下,7S亚基缺失大豆的干物质重、氮素积累量和籽粒理论产量最高,蛋白质含量和脂肪含量分别为39.57%和21.23%,其中脂肪酸组分中软脂酸和油酸分别为14.4%和16.1%。综合籽粒理论产量、品质及其相关性状,大豆品系东富2在N1水平下,光合生理特性表现良好,氮素吸收率较高,籽粒产量未降低的同时,蛋白质含量、脂肪含量和有益脂肪酸含量均有所提高。本研究结果对实现节本增效优质的7S亚基缺失大豆生产具有重要意义。 In order to determine nitrogen level of 7S subunit deficient soybean and fully embodied high nutritional quality, an experiment was conducted with 4 pure nitrogen application rates of N0 (0 mg·kg-1) , N1 (25 mg·kg-1) , N2 (50 mg· kg-1), and N3 (75 mg·kg-1) with Dongfu 2 (7S subunit deficient soybean line). Effect of different nitrogen level to quality characteristics and other related traits in the 7S subunit deficient soybean were studied with pot culture. The results showed that photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content, nitrogen absorption efficiency and grain yield of 7S subunit deficient soybean were higher under N1 level with 40. 36% and 21. 78% of protein content and fat content, 12.9% and 16.6% of palmitic acid and oleic acid in the fatty acid composition. Under N2 level, dry matter weight, nitrogen accumulation amount and grain yield were highest, and protein content and fat content were 39.57% and 21.23% , respectively. The palmitic acid and oleic acid in the fatty acid composition were 14.4% and 16.1% , respectively. Based on grain yield, quality and its related traits in 7S subunit deficient soybean line Dongfu 2, photosynthetic physiological characteristics was better, nitrogen absorption efficiency was higher and grain yield was not decreased under N1 level. At the same time, protein content, fat content and beneficial fatty acids content were increased. For saving cost, increasing benefit and high quality of 7S subunit deficient soybean were achieved. The results of this study had great significance to achieve the goals of saving cost, increasing high quality of 7S subunit deficient soybean.
