Recent Development on International law System for Cyberspace

由于网络空间全球互联互通,构建完善的网络空间国际法体系对维护网络空间国际和平与安全至关重要。网络空间国际法在现行国际法的适用、地区性公约的制定、自愿性软法规则的发展、国际法学说和著述方面有一些列显著进展,但同时也不断面临新的挑战,网络空间国际法治之路仍任重道远。

Because of the global inter-connectiveness of cyberspace, it is essential of establishing a sound international law system for cyberspace for the international peace and security in cyberspace. International law for cyberspace has reached prominent progress on the application of existing international law, formulation of regional treaties, voluntary soft laws and academic researches in recent decades, but it also facing new challenges, and the international rule of law on cyberspace still a long way to go for the international community
