利用有机进样系统与电感耦合等离子体光谱质谱仪(ICP-MS)联用技术快速测定白酒中18种微量元素

Detection of 18 Trace Elements in Liquors by the Method of Standard Addition Using the ICP-MS

通过有机进样系统与ICP-MS联用技术,采用直接进样的方式,快速检测白酒中的多种微量元素。该方法检测限低,且在线性范围内线性很好(R^2均大于0.999)。通过重现性和加标回收率实验,证明该方法具有很好的精密度(RSD均小于10%)和准确度(回收率在100%~125%)。

A method of ICP-MS coupled with an organic sampling system rapidly detecting of trace elements was validated and applied.This method showed sufficiently low detection limit and good linearity（R^2〉0.99）over the linear range. Good precision and accuracy are obtained with the relative standard deviation less than 10% and the recovery rate in 100%~125%
