Analysis of food monitor results during 2009-2015 in Xiantao

摘要 目的了解仙桃市食品安全状况,分析食品中的安全隐患,有针对性地采取措施,提高食品安全管理水平。方法对2009年-2015年仙桃市食品监测结果进行分析。结果 2009年-2015年本市共监测各类食品样品2 033份,合格1 685份,合格率为82.9%。7年来食品监测的合格率分别为83.5%、73.8%、84.6%、77.6%、83.8%、85.5%、86.5%。共监测微生物致病菌食品样品1 126份,检出致病菌175份,检出率为15.4%,合格951份,合格率为84.6%。食品污染较多的病原菌主要是金黄色葡萄球菌和蜡样芽胞杆菌,其次是沙门菌和副溶血性弧菌。共监测化学污染物食品样品907份,合格734份,合格率为80.9%。2014年最高,为86.5%,2012年最低,为70.4%。米面制品食品中金属铝超标严重,共对277份米面制品进行了铝项目监测检验,合格153份,合格率为55.2%,其中油条中铝污染特别严重,合格率仅为26.0%。结论仙桃市食品监测总体合格率较低,存在一定的安全隐患。 Objective To understand the food security situation,analyze the potential threats in food,adopt pointed measures and improve the levels of food security management in Xiantao. Methods The food security monitor results during 2009- 2015 in Xiantao were conducted for analysis. Results During 2009- 2015,a total of 2 033 food samples were monitored,among which 1 685 samples were qualified,with the passing rate of 82. 9%. The passing rates among these 7 years were 83. 5%,73. 8%,84. 6%,77. 6%,83. 8%,85. 5%,86. 5%,respectively. A total of 1 126 food samples with microbial pathogen infection are monitored,among which 175 pathogenic bacterium samples were detected,with the detection rate of 15. 4%,and951 samples were qualified,with the pass rate of 84. 6%. The largest pathogenic bacteria in polluted food were Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus,followed by Salmonella and Vibrio parahaemolyticus. A total of 907 chemical polluted food samples were monitored,among which 734 samples were qualified,with the pass rate of 80. 9%. Among these years,the passing rate reached the highest of 86. 5% in 2014,and it sank to the lowest of 70. 4% in 2012. Rice and flour made food suffered server aluminum exceeding issue. A total of 277 rice and flour mode food samples were conducted for the detection of aluminum,among which 153 samples were qualified,with the pass rate of 55. 2%. Moreover,aluminum exceeding problem was serve in fired bread stick,with the passing rate of only 26. 0%. Conclusion The total passing rate of food is in a low level in Xiantao,and there is some kind of potential threat in food security.
