摘要
以液相合成法所得工业副产石膏粉体作为钛白粉的替代原料,在乳胶漆中进行了可适用性研究。通过对涂料性能测试发现,随着石膏粉用量的增加,涂料的对比率呈现出缓慢下降的趋势,涂料的其他性能如施工性、涂膜外观、耐沾污性、耐洗刷性以及耐人工气候老化性等均能达到GB/T 9755——2014《合成树脂乳液外墙涂料》的要求。试验研究证明液相合成法所得工业副产石膏粉体有望在乳胶漆中替代部分钛白粉得到应用。
The applicability of industrial by-product gypsum powder as the substitute material of titanium dioxide in the latex coating was studied. Through the test on the performance of the coatings was found, with the increase of the dosage of gypsum powder coating, the contrast ratio showed a slow downward trend, other properties of the coating such as construction property, coating appearance, stain resistance, abrasion resistance and artificial weathering resistance could reach GB/T 9755-2014 synthetic resin emulsion coating for exterior wall. The test showed that the industrial by-product gypsum powder by liquid phase synthesis was expected to replace some titanium dioxide in latex coating.
