摘要
氟硅防覆冰涂料是由自制的氟硅共聚树脂、微纳米疏水填料及补强填料、憎水迁移剂和各种助剂等所组成。对微纳米疏水填料用量和憎水迁移剂的聚合度进行了分析和讨论。该涂料具有超强的憎水性、低的表面张力和憎水迁移性,从而保障了该涂料在铁路隧道防覆冰领域的应用。
The fluorine-silicon anti-icing coating was prepared by fluorine-silicon copolymer resins, micro-nano hydrophobic packing, reinforce-reagent, hydrophobic migration agent, auxiliary, etc. The dosage of micro-nano hydrophobic packing and polymerization degree of hydrophobic migration agent were analyzed and discussed. This coating had strong hydrophobicity, low surface tension and hydrophobic migration agent, thus ensuring the application of the coating in the railway tunnel anti-icing field.
