摘要
目的 :调查护士变革型领导行为和团队效能的现况,分析两者之间的关系,为临床护理管理和提高护理质量提供新思路。方法 :采用横断面调查法,在天津市某三级甲等医院,以三级学科为单位,整群抽取13个科室,采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、变革型领导量表和团队效能量表为研究工具,共调查了345名护士。数据采用统计描述和Pearson相关性分析等统计方法进行分析。结果 :变革型领导和团队效能总分分别为(105.97±18.94)分和(43.75±7.84)分,两个变量各维度之间呈正相关(r=0.785,P<0.001)。结论 :护理管理者的变革型领导行为可影响护士的团队效能,护理管理者应重视培养变革型领导的领袖特质,提高护士团队效能,提高护理质量。
Objective: To investigate the status of nurse transformational leadership and team efficacy and analyze the relationship between them. Methods: It was a cross-sectional study, 345 nurses from 13 departments in a tertiary grade A hospital in Tianjin were investigated with transformational leadership scale and team efficacy scale. Results: The general scores of transformational leadership and team efficacy were 105.974-18.94 and 43.754-7.84, respectively. There was a significant correlation between them (r=0.785, P〈0.001). Conclusion: The transformational leadership of nurse managers could influence the team efficacy. It is suggested that nurse managers should increase their transformational leadership to improve nurses' team efficacy.
