摘要
在国内外的护理综合管理中,制订合理的关键绩效指标可以有效促进护理综合管理水平的提高。本文对关键绩效指标的相关概念、应用现状、现存问题及对策等方面进行综述,为国内外学者应用关键绩效指标提供参考。
Key Performance Indicators （KPIs） is widely used abroad in the nursing performance management. It can effectively promote the nursing comprehensive management. In this article, the authors reviewed the related concepts, application status, current problems and countermeasures related to the application of Key Performance Indicators in nursing performance management.
