基于王新陆血浊理论探讨化浊药物临床应用新思路

文章在前期血浊理论研究的基础上,将王新陆教授临床辨证应用清化血浊功效药物进行总结,认为凡是在血浊理论指导下具有理血化浊,使血液恢复其清纯状态,或正常循行规律的一类药物,称为化浊药。对常用的化浊药荷叶、焦山楂、决明子、制水蛭、酒大黄、赤芍、路路通、虎杖、何首乌的临床应用规律进行总结,并在证效关系、量效关系、修制与配伍、援药理论应用思路四方面对化浊药物的作用机制等进行解析。

Herbs for resolving blood turbidity is that promote blood to resolve blood turbidity and restore blood pure state, or normal law through the line of a class of drugs in the blood turbidity theoretical guidance. the clinical ap-plication law of common herbs for resolving blood turbidity was summarized, including lotus leaf, Hawthorn Fruit （charred）, obtuseleaf senna seed, leech, Rhubarb （stir-fried with wine）, red peony root, beautiful sweetgum fruit, Giant Knotweed Rhizome, Tuber Fleeceflower Root. Mechanism of herbs for resolving blood turbidity was parsed in syndrome-effect relationship, dose-effect relationship, processing and combine, theory of herbs for assistance.
