萆薢、石菖蒲药对治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎最佳配伍比例的药效学研究

Study on the best compatibility proportion of Bixie-Shichangpu in the treatment on nonbacterial chronic prostatitis

目的确定萆薢、石菖蒲药对治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎最佳配伍比例。方法采用角叉菜胶溶液注射法造成实验大鼠非细菌性慢性前列腺炎模型,观察不同萆薢、石菖蒲药对配伍比例对动物模型的影响。结果萆薢、石菖蒲药对对实验性大鼠慢性非细菌性前列腺炎疗效显著,其中配伍比例为1∶1时效果最好。结论以现代研究方法证实了萆薢分清饮中萆薢、石菖蒲配伍比例1∶1的科学性。

Objective To ensure the best compatibility proportion of Bixie-Shichangpu in the treatment on nonbacterial prostatitis. Methods Make the experimental rats be nonbacterial prostatitis models by using carrageen glue solution injections. And observe the different Bixie-Shichangpu compatibility proportion effects on animal models. Results The Bixie-Shichangpu makes a significant effect on treating experimental rats which have gotten nonbacterial prostatitis 1：1 is the best one in the compatibility proportions. Conclusion We confirmed that the Bixie-Shichangpu compatibility proportion 1：1 in bixie distinguish drink has the scientific significance.
