高效液相色谱法测定银花泌炎灵片中木犀草苷含量

Content determination of Luteoloside in Yinhua-Miyanling tablet by HPLC

目的建立测定银花泌炎灵片中木犀草苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Themo Dim(mm)4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm,流动相为乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长350 nm,进样量10μL,柱温35℃,流速0.7 m L/min。结果木犀草苷在0.083~0.748μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000 0),平均回收率98.4%,RSD=0.3%(n=6)。结论该法简便、准确,专属性强,分离效果好,可作为银花泌炎灵片的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of luteoloside in Yinhua-Miyanl ing tablet. Methods HPLC was performed on the column of Themo Dim（mm）（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5% acetic acid（gradient elution）at a flow rate of 0.7m L/min, the detection wavelength was 350 nm, the column temperature was 35℃, and the injection volume was 10μL. Results Luteoloside showed good linearity（r=1.000 0） respectively within the range of 0.083 ～ 0.748μg. The average recovery was 98.4%（RSD=0.3%,n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, specific and effective separation. It can be used to control the quality of YinhuaMiyanling tablet.
