中药内外结合治疗臁疮56例

Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ecthyma 56 cases

目的观察中药内外结合治疗臁疮的临床疗效。方法纳入56例符合标准的臁疮患者,采用中药口服和外用换药相结合的治疗方法 ,观察治疗8周后的愈合情况并对比治疗前后疮面细菌培养结果。结果治疗8周总有效率89.3%,创面细菌培养转阴率85.7%。结论中药内外结合治疗臁疮临床疗效显著,能明显提高创面细菌培养转阴率。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine ecthyma. Methods Included in the 56 cases with shank ulcer patients, combined with traditional Chinese medicine oral and topical dressing treatment, were observed after 8 weeks of treatment, the healing and compared before and after treatment of the wound surface bacteria culture results. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the total efficiency of 89.3%, bacteria clearance rate was 85.7%. Conclusion The results suggest that the treatment of shank ulcer with internal and external Chinese medicine have satisfactory curative effect, which could obviously increase the wound bacterial culture rate.
