银杏明目方治疗原发性视网膜色素变性

Yin xing ming mu admixture in treatment of primary pigmentary degeneration of retina

目的观察银杏明目方对原发性视网膜色素变性的疗效。方法将40例(80眼)原发性视网莫色素变性患者随机分为2组,对照组20例(40眼)予维生素E,0.1g/次,口服,1次/d,治疗组20例(40眼)予银杏明目方口服。经四周治疗后比较2组中视力、平均光敏度、平均缺损和平均视野范围、血液流变学检查。结果在改善RP患者的临床症状、平均光敏度、平均缺损和提高视力方面,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组全血黏度(m Pa.S)5、血浆黏度值水平较治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏明目方对改善视网膜色素变性中早期患者的症状有良好的疗效。

Objective To observe Yinxing Mingmu admixture in the treatment of primary pigmentary degeneration of the retina curative effect. Methods The 40 patients（8 eyes） with RP patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, control group, 20 cases（40 eyes） with Vitamin E,0.1g, oral, treatment group 20 cases（40 eyes） gives Yinxing Mingmu admixture orally. After treatment for 4 weeks to compare the the visual acuity, average light sensitivity, average defect and average field of vision were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05） in improving the clinical symptoms, average light sensitivity, average defect and improving visual acuity of the patients with RP. The effective rate of the treatment group was 67.5%, and the effect of early and middle stage RP patients was significantly more than that of the patients with advanced stage. After treatment（m Pa） S） 5 of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity value level was to compare the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yinxing Mingmu decoction has good curative effect on patients with early symptoms of retinitis pigmentosa.
