响应面优化牡丹籽甾醇的提取及其抗氧化活性研究 被引量:2

Extraction of Phytosterol from Peony Seeds by Response Surface Methodology and Its Antioxidation

摘要 主要对牡丹籽甾醇的提取及其抗氧化活性进行了研究。通过响应面分析法确定牡丹籽甾醇提取的最佳工艺条件,即微波功率为359 W,提取时间为70 s,乙醇质量分数为90.2%,液料比值为31(m L/g),此条件下牡丹籽甾醇的提取率达到3.19 mg/g。牡丹籽甾醇具有较强清除OH·和O_2^-·的能力。随着牡丹籽甾醇浓度增加,其清除能力逐渐增强。当牡丹籽甾醇质量浓度大于0.9 mg/m L时,其对OH·的清除率大于柠檬酸和VC。当牡丹籽甾醇质量浓度达到1.8 mg/m L左右时,其对O_2^-·的清除率大于VC,且在较大程度上大于柠檬酸。因此,牡丹籽甾醇有较好的抗氧化活性。 This study mainly discussed the extraction technology of phytosterol from peony seeds and its antioxidation. The optimum extraction condition of phytosterol from peony seeds was determined by the response surface methodology, such as microwave power for 359 W, extraction time for 70 s, ethanol concentration for 90.2%, solution and material ratio for 31 (mL/g), and extraction yield of phytosterol from peony seeds reached 3.19 mg/g at this condition. The phytosterol from peony seeds had strong scavenging ability to OH- and O2^-· The scavenging ability strengthened gradually with the concentration of phytosterol from peony seeds increased. When concentration ofphytosterol from peony seeds was more than 0.9 mg/mL, the scavenging ability to OH. was more strong than citric acid and VC at the same concentration. When concentration was about 1.8 mg/mL, scavenging ability to O2^-· Was more strong than VC at the same concentration, and much strong than citric acid. Phytosterol from peony seeds had good antioxidation.
