摘要
玉米淀粉纳米晶因具有纳米特性且可再生、可生物降解等优点,在食品、医药和复合材料等领域有广泛的应用。综述了玉米淀粉纳米晶制备分离的研究现状,分析了淀粉纳米晶微观结构及功能性质的影响因素,为玉米淀粉纳米晶制备分离方法的建立和玉米淀粉纳米晶的潜在应用价值的开发提供理论依据。
Corn starch nanocrystals have the advantages of nanocrystal characteristics, renewable and biodegradable properties, which are widely used in food, medicine, and complex materials. The preparation and isolation of corn starch nanocrystals were reviewed, and the effect factors of microstructure and functional properties of corn starch nanocrystals were analyzed. These will be useful and helpful for preparation of corn starch nanocrystals, and development of the new potential application of corn starch nanocrystals.
