摘要
建立蜂胶类保健食品中黄曲霉毒素B_1的含量测定方法,完善相关保健食品中黄曲霉毒素B_1的质量控制。色谱柱:Athena C_(18)-WP色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm×5μm);流动相为水-甲醇-乙腈(体积比57∶26∶17);流速:0.8m L/min;柱温:30℃;荧光检测器激发波长:360 nm;发射波长450 nm。结果表明,黄曲霉毒素B_1在0.32~24.62 ng/m L范围内线性关系良好(R^2=0.999 7),其加样回收率为79.5%~95.0%,方法的最低检出限为1.5μg·kg^(-1)。该法简便、可靠、准确,可用于蜂胶类保健食品中黄曲霉毒素B1的含量测定。
To establish HPLC method for the determination ofaflatoxin B1 in propolis related health food, improve the quality control of aflatoxin B1 in propolis related health food. Agilent Cls (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used with column temperature at 30 ℃. The mobile phase consisted of water, methanol and acetonitrile, the proportion was 57 : 26 : 17, respectively, and the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min. The fluorescence detector was used in the study, condition was below: excitation wavelength 360 nm, emission wavelength 450 nm. The results showed that linear relationship of aflatoxin B1 showed good at 0.32-24.62 ng/mL (R^2=0.999 7), its recovery was 79.5%-95.0%, the detection limit of aflatoxin Bl was 1.5 μg·kg^-1. The method was simple, reliable and accurate, and it could be used for the content determination of aflatoxin B1 in propolis related health food.
