苯并三唑-二氧化钛复合改性聚丙烯光老化性能 被引量:1

STUDY ON THE LIGHT-AGING PROPERTIES OF BENZOTRIAZOLE AND TITANIA COMPOSITE MODIFIED POLYPROPYLENE

摘要 采用混炼改性制备得到了苯并三唑/纳米TiO_2/PP复合材料,考察了苯并三唑和纳米TiO_2不同配比时对聚丙烯材料紫外屏蔽性能的影响,以及在不同老化时间下复合材料的热稳定性、微观结构和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:TiO_2和MBCB最佳添加量均为2%。此条件下,紫外线的屏蔽性能最高达到95%以上,聚丙烯复合材料整体失重过程较为平稳,表面较为平整,粉化程度最低,力学性能在2 000h老化后仍能保持27.84 MPa。 Benzotriazole/nano-TiO2/PP composites were prepared by mixing.The effects of different ratio of benzotriazole and nano TiO2 on the UV shielding properties of polypropylene materials were studied.And the effects of thermal stability,microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites under different aging time were studied.The results showed the best addition amount of TiO2 and benzotriazole were 2%.Under these conditions,the UV shielding properties of the materials were up to 95%;the polypropylene material weight loss process is relatively stable,surface is smooth,powdering degree is the lowest;and the tensile property of the material is still maintained 27.84 MPa after 2 000 haging.
