水包油悬浮液稳定性模拟试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过配制模拟气田采出悬浮液,借助激光粒度仪、紫外分光光度计和Zeta电位仪,研究了固体颗粒、矿化度、泡排剂等对悬浮液稳定性的影响。结果表明:随着黏土颗粒浓度的增加,悬浮液的粒径中值减小、稳定性增强;矿化度对乳状液的稳定性有抑制作用,随矿化度的升高,乳液滴的粒径中值和Zeta电位逐渐增大,稳定性降低;不同黏土矿物由于组分差异,对油水润湿性不同,使固体颗粒在油水界面上的吸附有一定差异,最终导致不同黏土颗粒对乳状液的稳定性不同;在一定范围内,乳状液的粒径随泡排剂浓度增大而减小,稳定性增强。 By confecting simulation suspension wastewater and with aid of laser particle size instrument,UV spectrophotometer and zeta potentiometer instrument,etc.the effect of solid particles,salinity,bubble row agent on the stability of the suspension is studied.The experimental results and analysis show that the average particle size of suspension is reduced and the stability is enhanced with the increase of concentration of clay particles.Median size of the suspension droplet and Zeta potential increase gradually and stability reduces with the increase of salinity.Different clay minerals have different oil-water wettability due to the difference of components.Then the adsorption condition of solid particles on the oil-water interface will be different.The particle size of suspension decreases with the increase of concentration of bubble row agent within a certain range.So the stability of suspension increase.
