PHF超低硫柴油加氢精制催化剂在中国石油天然气股份有限公司辽阳石化分公司(辽阳石化)和大连石化分公司(大连石化)两套柴油加氢精制装置成功实现国Ⅴ柴油长周期稳定运行。辽阳石化1.2 Mt/a柴油加氢精制装置以直馏柴油为原料,硫质量分数为1 400~2 700μg/g,在反应压力为6.0~7.0 MPa、平均反应温度为301~336℃、空速为1.0~1.5 h^(-1)、氢油比为500~800的条件下,精制柴油硫质量分数小于10μg/g。大连石化2.0 Mt/a柴油加氢精制装置以直馏柴油、催化裂化柴油和渣油加氢柴油为原料,硫质量分数为1 600~2 500μg/g,在反应压力为7.5~7.6 MPa、平均温度为339~352℃、空速为1.2~1.4 h^(-1),氢油比为250~350的条件下,精制柴油硫质量分数小于10μg/g。通过对两套工业装置运行情况进行总结,为我国现有柴油加氢精制装置生产国Ⅴ柴油提供了经验和借鉴,也可为将来新建柴油加氢装置提供技术参考。
The PHF hydrofining catalyst for ultra-low sulfur diesel production has been successfully applied in the two diesel hydrofining units in CNPC Liaoyang Petrochemical Company and CNPC Dalian Petrochemical Company. The long-term stable operation of the units is realized in producing Guo-Ⅴ Diesel. In the1. 2 MM TPY diesel hydrofining unit in Liaoyang Petrochemical Company,the sulfur in the feedstock is1 400 ~ 27 000 ppm. Under the conditions of 6. 0 ~ 7. 0 MPa reactor pressure 301 ~ 336 ℃ average reactor temperature,1. 0 ~ 1. 5 h^(-1)liquid hourly space velocity( LHSV),500 ~ 800 hydrogen to oil ratio,the sulfur in the refined diesel is less than 10 ppm. In the 2. 0 MM TPY diesel hydrofining unit in Dalian Petrochemical Company,the feedstock is the mixture of strait-run diesel,FCC diesel and hydrotreated diesel from diesel hydrotreating unit,and the sulfur of the feedstock is 1 600 ~ 2 500 ppm. Under the conditions of 7. 5 ~ 7. 6 MPa reaction pressure,339 ~ 352 ℃ WABT,1. 2 ~ 1. 4 h^(-1)LHSV and 250 ~ 350 hydrogen to oil volume ratio,the sulfur in refined diesel is less than 10 ppm. The operations of two commercial hydrorefining units are summarized,which can provide a good reference and experience for the production of Guo-Ⅴ diesel in the existing diesel hydrofining units in China as well as good technical support for the operation of new hydrofining units.
