洗衣机槽清洗剂相关性能与评价方法

摘要 本文主要研究洗衣机槽清洗剂的相关性能与评价方法。采用把污垢片附着在洗衣机槽内模拟实际清洗环境的方法定量和评价洗涤性能。采用金属挂片的方法进行金属腐蚀性实验,同时还介绍了杀菌去味性能。使用自主开发的双组份清洗剂,分步清洗5年以上未清洗的重垢洗衣机内桶片各2小时。初次清洗率达到60%以上,六次清洗后,洗净率达到96%以上,桶片光亮如新。清洗剂对洗衣机桶片的腐蚀速率<0.1mg/h,对洗衣机内桶没有大的伤害。同时,洗衣机槽清洗剂还具有杀菌除臭性能,B组份的活性氧成分可以通过破坏细菌细胞壁、细胞酶、氨基酸、蛋白质和DNA而达到杀死细菌的作用。 Properties and evaluation methods of washing machine groove cleaner were the main objective in this research. The dirty washing machine barrel pieces were attached to the washing machine barrel to simulate the real clean environment to quantitative evaluation the properties of cleaner. Metal corrossion experiments were conducted by the way of Immersing metal in solution. Also the properties of sterilization and removing peculiar smells were introduced. The inside barrel piece of washing machine with five years heavy duty were cleaned step by step in two hours by a two- component cleaner that independent development. The cleaning rate exceed 60% in the first time. After the sixth time, the piece were bright with a cleaning rate over 96%. The corrosion rate of piece by cleaner was less than 0.1mg/h, nearly free of damaging. At the same time, the washing machine groove cleaner possess the properties of sterilization and deodorization. The reactive oxygen in component B is able to destroing cell wall, enzyme, amino acid, protein and DNA in bacteria, then killing the bacteria.
