摘要 基于有限元方法对某新型家用空调的室内机意外跌落过程中结构变形及包装结构防护的仿真分析及改进。以UG,Hyperworks/LS-Dyna为平台,对空调器件跌落过程进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明空调器部分部件会发生局部塑性变形。针对此问题对包装和室内机结构进行了改进,仿真结果验证了方案的可行性。 The dropping simulation of accidental drop were conducted and design improvement of a novel inner basing on the Finite element method. The air-conditioner under the possible situation process of the simulation was simulated by UG and Hyperworks/LS-Dyna. The drop and impact of the air-conditioner were analyzed, the simulation results have shown that the local plastic deformation of the air-conditioner were occurred. In order to solve the problem, we have improved the structure and re-simulate the new model to verify the proposal.
