摘要
具有长方形洗涤区域的洗碗机,长期存在四个角以及前后位置洗涤不足的难题。对此,本文对特定数学曲线进行了研究分析,提出了多种能够应用在洗碗机内实现长方形高覆盖的喷臂技术方案,并对其原理、效果和齿轮传动机构实现方式进行了详细论述和比较,获得了具有指导性意义的结论。综上,创新的喷臂技术显著提高了喷臂对长方形洗涤区域的覆盖性,从而有效提高了洗碗机的洗涤能力。
For the dishwashers containing a rectangular washing area, there is always insufficient washing problem at the four corners and the front and back position. This article investigates and analyzes some specific mathematical curves, then proposes a variety of spray arm technological solutions applied in dishwashers to achieve high-coverage of rectangular area. Furthermore, the theory, result and implementation using gear train are introduced and discussed in detail. Thereby, this novel technology can significantly provide high-coverage for the rectangular washing area, contributing to effectively improve the washing capacity of the dishwashers.
