摘要
本算法涉及一种串激电机滚筒洗衣机对衣物重量判断的方法。通过洗衣机电路板主芯片发送预先设定的控制信号,驱动电机到达预定转速。采集电脑板和电机反馈的输出和输入信号,输出信号包括电机的输出功率,输入信号包括电机的反馈脉冲个数,不同阶段的时间,滚筒内存在的偏载质量等,通过建立数学模型计算得到当前筒内的衣物重量。本算法实现了串激电机滚筒洗衣机的衣物重量识别,实现自动选择洗衣方式,并且提高了脱水性能,优化了洗衣程序。
This algorithm relates to a kind in the series motors clothing weight on the identification method. Washing machine main circuit chip sends a control signal which set in advance, drive the motor to a predetermined rotational speed, collecting PC board and the motor output and the feedback input signal, the output signal includes motor output power, the input signal comprises the feedback pulse number of the motor, the time of different stages, the partial load quality exists in the roller, via the established mathematical model to get the current weight of the laundry inside the drum. The algorithm realizes the functions of weight recognition in series motor, automatic washing mode selected and improved dewatering performance. Besides, it optimizes the washing process.
