摘要
元素流分析方法针对粗金属元素精炼过程中可能产生的金属污染现象,根据方法建立精炼过程中的金属元素分流分析框架。本文通过检测和分析工艺过程中各环节所残留的铅元素含量,实现对铅元素流的识别和追踪。实验表明,精炼过程铅的回收率可以达到99.2%,直接回收率达到82%,其效果非常明显。
Element flow analysis method for coarse metal elements may be produced in the process of refining metal pollution phenomenon, according to the method of metal elements in the refining process of the shunt analysis framework. Based on the detection and analysis process each link in the process of the residual lead contents, realize the lead flow identification and tracking.Experiments show that the refining process of lead recovery rate can reach 99.2%, direct recovery rate reached 82%, its effect is very obvious.
