ICP-MS作为一种现年发展迅速的同位素分析技术,其在地球的科学研究中占着举足轻重的地位。下文将简述ICP-MS在地矿中的应用进展分析。一般使用者利用ICP-MS可以达成高空间分辨率的微区元素分析,并对于地矿进行短时间内的整体性分析,对于地矿中的元素含量因为某些因素无法做到准确分析,这些因素包含了仪器的缺少、分馏效应因样品机体组成的变化、物质的缺少及准确的灵敏度漂移调整等。这些都是影响了元素含量分析结果的首要因素,下文我们将依据样品的类型及元素就优化处理进行探讨并提出相关提高数据精确程度的方式。
