摘要
科学技术的迅猛发展带动了计算机技术的发展,越来越多的计算机网络技术以及软件技术在工业生产中得到应用。本文利用网络技术Pro CAST软件对AZ91D镁合金的充型以及凝固过程进行了数值模拟计算,工艺参数对AZ91D镁合金压铸性能的一系列影响也被系统地分析,AZ91D镁合金性能以及与其相关的工艺参数数据库也被成功地建立。实验结果表明:AZ91D镁合金最好的流动性能以及充型性能的条件是充型时间为0.0030 s,凝固时间为2.9650 s。
The rapid development of science and technology led to the development of computer technology, more and more computer network technology and software technology in industrial production has been applied. The numerical simulation calculation by using the network technology of ProCAST software for AZ91D magnesium alloy mold filling and solidification process of casting process parameters on properties of AZ91D magnesium alloy has also been a series of systematic analysis, the performance of AZ91D magnesium alloy and its related parameters database has been successfully established.
