克龄蒙结合疏肝补肾中药对围绝经期综合征的临床研究

Clinical research on climen and soothing liver and reinforcing kidney traditional Chinese medicine for perimenopausal syndrome

目的评价戊酸雌二醇片雌二醇环丙孕酮片复合包装(克龄蒙)治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法 58例围绝经期综合征患者,随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(28例)。对照组采用克龄蒙治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用疏肝补肾中药治疗,两组患者均治疗3个月,比较治疗后的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前后Kupperman评分及子宫内膜厚度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组Kupperman评分为(10.1±3.1)分,子宫内膜厚度为(3.3±0.4)mm,优于对照组的(13.3±2.9)分、(2.9±0.3)mm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素水平均低于治疗前,雌二醇水平均明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素水平低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克龄蒙治疗围绝经期综合征疗效显著,方便易行,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate clinical effect of estradiol valerate tablets estradiol cyproterone composite packaging（climen） in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. Methods A total of 58 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into observation group（30 cases） and control group（28 cases）. The control group received climen for treatment, and the treatment group received soothing liver and reinforcing kidney traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 3 month and clinical effect was compared after treatment. Results Both groups had statistically significant difference in Kupperman score and endometrial thickness before and after treatment（P〈0.05）;the observation group had Kupperman score as（10.1±3.1） points and endometrial thickness as（3.3±0.4） mm,which were all better than（13.3±2.9） points and（2.9±0.3） mm in the control group,and the the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Both groups had lower serum follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone levels after treatment than before treatment, and higher estradiol concentration than before treatment, and differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）; the observation group had lower serum follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone levels after treatment than the control group, and higher estradiol concentration than the control group, and differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Climen shows significant curative effect in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome, which is convenient and easy to implement, and this method is worth clinical promotion.
