摘要
目的分析探讨在子宫内膜癌中S100A14蛋白的表达以及临床意义。方法 94例子宫内膜癌患者,采取免疫组织化学法对子宫内膜癌组织(94例)、单纯及复杂性增生内膜组织(38例)、不典型增生内膜组织(18例)、正常子宫内膜组织(20例)中S100A14蛋白的表达情况进行分析。结果不同组织学分级及有无淋巴结转移患者中S100A14蛋白表达比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同肌层浸润深度及不同病理分期患者中S100A14蛋白表达比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。S100A14蛋白在子宫内膜癌组织、单纯及复杂性增生内膜组织、不典型增生内膜组织、正常子宫内膜组织中的表达分别为(2.14±0.17)、(2.83±0.32)、(2.80±0.29)、(3.01±0.39)分,子宫内膜癌组织中S100A14蛋白的表达显著低于正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.05);单纯及复杂性增生内膜组织、不典型增生内膜组织中S100A14蛋白的表达与正常子宫内膜组织比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌的恶性程度以及肿瘤的转移程度与S100A14蛋白的表达下调有关。
Objective To analyze and explore expression of S100A14 protein in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods There were 94 endometrial carcinoma patients, and expression of S100A14 protein in endometrial carcinoma tissue(94 cases), simple and complex hyperplasia endometrium tissue(38 cases), atypical hyperplasia endometrium tissue(18 cases), and normal endometrial tissue(20 cases) were analyzed by immunohistochemical method. Results There were statistical significant difference in expression of S100A14 protein of different histological grade and whether had lymphatic metastasis or not(P〈0.05); there was no statistical significant difference in expression of S100A14 protein of different depth of myometrial invasion and pathological stage(P〉0.05). Expression of S100A14 protein in endometrial carcinoma tissue, simple and complex hyperplasia endometrium tissue, atypical hyperplasia endometrium tissue and normal endometrial tissue were respectively as(2.14±0.17),(2.83±0.32),(2.80±0.29) and(3.01±0.39) points, and endometrial carcinoma tissue had lower expression of S100A14 protein than normal endometrial tissue(P〈0.05); simple and complex hyperplasia endometrium tissue, atypical hyperplasia endometrium tissue and normal endometrial tissue had no statistically significant difference in expression of S100A14 protein(P〉0.05). Conclusion Malignancy grade of endometrial carcinoma and degree of tumor metastasis were related to down-regulated expression of S100A14 protein.
