他克莫司软膏与重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶联合治疗阴囊湿疹临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical effect of tacrolimus ointment combined recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel in the treatment of scrotum eczema

目的分析他克莫司软膏与重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶联合治疗阴囊湿疹的临床疗效。方法 82例阴囊湿疹患者,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。两组患者均选择他克莫司软膏进行治疗,观察组在此基础上联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.56%高于对照组82.93%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率4.88%低于对照组21.95%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率4.88%低于对照组19.51%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴囊湿疹患者选择他克莫司软膏与重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶联合治疗具有安全可靠性,同时可降低疾病的复发率。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of tacrolimus ointment combined recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel in the treatment of scrotum eczema. Methods A total of 82 scrotum eczema patients were divided by random number table into observation group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. Treatment effect was compared in two groups. Results The observation group had higher total treatment effective rate as 97.56% than 82.93% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had lower recurrence rate as 4.88% than 21.95% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had lower incidence of adverse reaction as 4.88% than 19.51% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tacrolimus ointment combined recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel shows security and reliability in the treatment of scrotum eczema, and this method also can reduce recurrence rate of disease.
