高龄前列腺电切术患者的术中护理观察

Observation on intraoperative nursing of senile patients with transurethral prostatic resection

目的研究分析前列腺电切术对高龄前列腺手术患者术中护理方式。方法对96例高龄前列腺电切除手术患者的临床资料进行分析,并对其术中护理方式进行总结归纳。结果所有患者手术均顺利完成。手术时间20~85 min,平均手术时间50 min,切除前列腺重量25~80 g,平均重量40 g。常规术后膀胱冲洗12~72 h,留置尿管时间2~5 d,术后住院7~15 d,平均住院10 d,随访6~15个月,无再次梗阻病例。结论术中护理能够为患者在围手术期提供优质护理,让患者平稳度过手术期,让高龄手术患者的风险性降低,降低患者并发症发生率。

Objective To research and analyze nursing method for senile patients with transurethral prostatic resection. Methods Analyze clinical data of 96 senile patients with transurethral prostatic resection, and summarize the intraoperative nursing measures. Results All surgeries of patients were completed successfully, with operation time as 20-85 min, mean operation time as 50 min, prostate weight as 25-80 g, and mean weight as 40 g. Routine postoperative bladder irrigation for 12-72 h, time of inurethral catheter as 2-5 d, postoperative hospitalization for 7-15 d, mean hospitalization for 10 d, follow-up visit for 6-15 months, and no patients with obstruction recurrence. Conclusion Intraoperative nuring can provide high quality nursing in perioperative period, which can help patients pass operation period smoothly, reduce risk of senile operation patients, and decrease incidence of complications.
