循证护理指导急性心肌梗死的护理效果

Nursing effect of acute myocardial infarction guided by evidence-based nursing

目的分析研究循证护理指导急性心肌梗死的护理效果。方法 62例心肌梗死患者,随机分成观察组(32例)与对照组(30例)。观察组给予循证护理,对照组给予常规护理。对比两组患者的护理效果以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组并发症发生率为9.38%,低于对照组的36.67%;观察组总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用循证护理对于提高急性心肌梗死患者的治疗效果、减少并发症发生具有积极作用,是一种效果显著的临床护理方式,值得推广。

Objective To analyze and research nursing effect of acute myocardial infarction guided by evidence-based nursing. Methods A total of 62 acute myocardial infarction patients were randomly divided into observation group（32 cases） and control group（30 cases）. The observation group received evidence-based nursing, and the control group received conventional nursing. Comparison were made on nursing effect and complications. Results The observation group had lower incidence of complications as 9.38% than 36.67% in the control group; the observation group had higher total effective rate as 93.75% than 70.00% in the control group, and differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing plays an active role in increasing curative effect and decreasing complications of acute myocardial infarction patients. This is a clinical nursing method with significant effect and worth promotion.
