中药复方肾宁煎治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine compound Shenning decoction in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis

目的观察自拟中药复方肾宁煎治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效。方法 60例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规慢性肾小球肾炎的治疗方法 ,试验组在对照组基础上采用口服中药复方肾宁煎治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,试验组血肌酐(96.33±10.20)μmol/L、血尿素氮(8.20±1.55)mmol/L、24 h尿蛋白(1.88±0.61)g/24 h均优于对照组(123.10±11.30)μmol/L、(10.94±1.21)mmol/L、(2.44±0.71)g/24 h,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药复方肾宁煎治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe curative effect of self-designed traditional Chinese medicine compound Shenning decoction in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods A total of 60 chronic glomerulonephritis patients were divided by envelope method into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment method for chronic glomerulonephritis, and the experimental group also received oral traditional Chinese medicine compound Shenning decoction for treatment. Curative effect was compared in two groups. Results After treatment, the experimental group had serum creatinine as（96.33±10.20）μmol/L, blood urea nitrogen as（8.20±1.55）mmol/L and 24 h urinary protein as（1.88±0.61）g/24 h, which were all better than（123.10±11.30）μmol/L,（10.94±1.21）mmol/L and（2.44±0.71）g/24 h in the control group, and differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine compound Shenning decoction provides affirmative effect in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
